Starting a Pik Pak online account allows you to access our warehousing and order fulfilment service using your internet browser and your secure login.
Using your online account, you the product owner are able to;
- create a list of Product Items (SKU) you wish to store on inventory,
- ship product inventories to us in bulk,
- enter your inbound PurchaseOrder details and we will receive into storage inventory,
- view your available inventory and pending orders in real time whenever you want,
- enter your outbound customer SalesOrder details and we will pick, pack and ship them for you,
- view the ParcelShipping number for any shipped orders.
There is no upfront investment in hardware. Because Pik Pak service is web based, there is no software required, just your internet browser.
You have the flexibility to add on or remove services as you require, such as Express Freight or Value Added Warehousing.
You can activate services whenever you want.
You only pay for what you use and “pay as you go” so you are not locked into a long term contract.
There is no cost to set up an account but you must apply so we can validate you are a legitimate business.
