We have already built the cost into our handling rates. So you only pay once you have sold your products and they are being shipped.
This is much better for your cash flow and is another way we support our merchants.

Pik Pak has Receiving Guidelines to ensure our warehouses can receive your inbound shipments efficiently and quickly.
Pik Pak will receive supplier Purchase Orders based on the expected receiving quantity. This is performed on a “good faith” basis on the assumption that suppliers will supply correct stock.
However, you can also request a 100% inventory check* whenever you like.

Inventory is put away to a physical location within the warehouse and recorded in Pik Pak system.
Pik Pak operates live inventory, so you can view live inventory 24/7.
Receipts are also recorded in real time, so any short receipts are visible as pending or closed.
You can record Batch Serial Expiry during put away, so it is tracked from then on.
All Pik Pak warehouses have covered areas and hardstand for un-loading & palletising containers.
So long as you entered the inbound transaction details, there is no need to book delivery slots. We will supply pallets or you can use your CHEP or LOSCAM accounts.
Our receiving team will contact your forwarder once the container has been unloaded for collection.

A Stock Keeping Unit or SKU is an unique item or unit for sale.
Pik Pak use the SKU record to hold and store relevant information about your products for inventory management purposes.
The most common is the SKU number, description , dimensions and weight.
The SKU number, is a unique identifier our warehouse team use to easily and accurately identify an item. This may be a number or bar code, so long as its unique.
Our computer system records each SKUs movement so we know exactly where it is and how many you have.
Pik Pak warehouses already have storage configured for selective pallet racking, storage bins and long span shelving.
So you don't need to worry about buying all that kit. Your product is stored safely and efficiently.
You only pay for the space you use, so it's more flexible.
Pallet storage rates are a rip off. You're paying for empty space and if the warehouse is inefficient, then you're paying for it.
Pik Pak monthly storage is simply, in cubic metres.
So it doesn't matter if you have half pallet, mixed SKU pallets or products stored in shelving. The onus is on Pik Pak to store your products efficiently.
