Service Standards
When will my received stock be available ?
 
All inbound receipts are checked against your Purchase Order details before being added to your inventory. Once they have been received the inventory will be available for you to place customer orders against.
 
Pik Pak service standards serve as a guide for inbound receiving lead times;
Receipt Type Service Standard
  • Compliant Receipts
  • 24 hours from COB on date of arrival. Inventory will be visible as "stock on hand", subject to any short quantities. Excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Non Compliant Receipts
  • The client (inventory owner) will be notified within 24 hours from COB on date of "non compliance". Excluding weekends and holidays.

When will my customer sales orders be picked and shipped ?
 
Pik Pak service standards serve as a guide for sales order picking lead times;
Order Priority Service Standard
  • Normal orders
  • Orders received by 3pm will be picked and dispatched by 6pm the next business day.
  • Urgent orders
  • Order received by 12 midday will be picked and dispatched by 6pm the same business day.

When will my customer orders be delivered ?
  Delivery lead times depend on where shipments are going to (ie. the destination) and what service you are using to ship your orders (eg. Express vs Economy). All Pik Pak delivery lead times are updated quarterly and sent to our members.
